We are incredibly fortunate to have the best instructors not just in the capital, but in the country. Our ethos is simple: we run exceptional indoor cycling classes and to make that happen we have chosen exceptional instructors.
Every instructor has been handpicked and knows everything there is to know about cycling on a bike that goes nowhere. We pride ourselves on teachers that can choreograph a musical medley one minute and talk in-depth about FTP the next. Every single coach is certified by CIMSPA (the main exercise governing body for the UK) and has undergone extensive training and education at Cadence to bring you world class sessions.

Melissa has been part of the indoor cycling industry for seventeen years, taught in nearly every dark basement in London and now certifies instructors with her Training Academy. Her technical and musical knowledge, plus her experience means that she delivers vibrant, exciting and knowledgeable classes.

Heather started from a desire to understand the benefits of fitness on a deeper level, which turned her into a fitness & indoor cycling fanatic. Heather has been in a journey to find ways of maximising fitness vs enjoyment. With oodles of energy and every genre of music imaginable, she will put you through your paces, but she is passionate about making her classes inclusive and dynamic leaving everyone confident and wanting more!

Francesca's love of music led her to indoor cycling – and you'll hear it all in her class! One second you'll be singing along, the next you'll be climbing the hill of all hills, with a smile on your face all the way. A friendly mix of encouragement, support, knowledge and enthusiasm, you'll leave Francesca's class feeling stronger than you walked in!

Jess loved Cadence so much she became a teacher! She has been cycling both indoors and on the roads for more than a decade. Jess believes that cycling - stationary or otherwise - is one of the most accessible forms of exercise, and should be enjoyed by as many people as possible. You'll hear motivating dance beats, sing-a-long pop legends and rock classics in her class; combine that with true Cadence flair and you've got the recipe for an endorphin-inducing workout!

Ryan is a dancer and Personal Trainer so you can expect big tunes, big energy, and a huge breadth of knowledge.
With a passion for all things theatrical, Ryan brings his performance background into every class to ensure hard work and technique is combined with rhythm and control in a focused, high-energy ride!

Jayna found her love for exercise after registering for a marathon on a whim and actually enjoying it! She now has a passion for making exercise fun and accessible to people of all backgrounds. Packed with “eclectic” playlists (including Bhangra remixes and Scottish folk DnB!), Jayna’s classes will always leave you on a sweaty high.

Alana has loved exercise for as long as she can remember, and has tried her hand at everything from Irish dancing, to cheerleading, and competitive races to stay fit.
She’s on a mission to help convert people that think they don’t like indoor cycling. Believe it or not, once you find the right place (hello Cadence!), you’ll be watching the clock in hope that there’s more time left instead of waiting for class to end!
