Our Signature class is the perfect blend of rhythm and power. Expertly refined over a decade and a half of teaching by our head trainer, Melissa; Cadence Signature combines choreography one minute with a hill climb the next. Always varied, energetic, engaging, and fun, with pitch perfect playlists, Signature is everything you need for the best workout possible. How Indoor Cycling should be.

ZONES

If you prefer the power side of cycling then maybe Zones is for you. Zones is Indoor Cycling stripped back. Our coaches will take you through a specially crafted training protocol blending science and data to get you stronger and fitter, not just on the bike, but in your day to day life. This class is incredible for improving cardiovascular health, as well as making you feel like you’re part of a peloton!

HIIT

Love HIIT and Indoor Cycling? We got you! Our team of coaches will take you through this zero-impact, stripped back HIIT workout with short, sharp intervals and banging club classics to get those legs burning and that heart rate elevated.

KARAOKE

It’s Friday night. There’s bikes, lights, and belting out your favourite Karaoke delights. Join us for a fun* class singing along to perfectly picked pieces, and leave with a well earned complimentary glass of Prosecco. On a semi-serious note, singing whilst exercising has genuine scientifically-proven benefits to improving fitness - if you needed an excuse. *All our classes are fun, this one is just extra fun!
